Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Material Control Clerk to join our team in Kuwait. In this critical organizational-level position, you will play a vital role in supporting the KAF military supply systems established for the support of the F/A-18 aircraft. This role demands precision, reliability, and a strong understanding of military supply chain operations and logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage requisitions accurately and in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations for F/A-18 aircraft support.
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents in compliance with military supply protocols and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to track material availability, movement, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity within the supply management system.
- Monitor and report on material shortages, backorders, and supply chain disruptions that may impact aircraft readiness.
- Ensure strict adherence to all military supply regulations, organizational policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Generate status reports and documentation for leadership review regarding material control activities and supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline material flow and improve supply system efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in material control, supply chain management, inventory management, or a related logistics discipline.
- Strong knowledge of military supply systems, requisition processing, and shipping documentation procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer-based inventory and supply management systems, as well as standard office software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a structured organizational framework.

- Prior experience supporting military aviation supply chains, particularly with F/A-18 aircraft programs.
