Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist with native-level French (C1) to join our Nespresso team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Coffee CRC Specialist, you will deliver exceptional support to French-speaking customers, ensuring a premium brand experience through expert product knowledge and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding Nespresso products, orders, and services.
• Provide personalized coffee recommendations and troubleshooting for machines and accessories.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the CRM system.
• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nespresso product lines, promotions, and policies.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level proficiency in French (written and spoken).
• Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work full-time in a hybrid model from Cairo.
