Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead dredging projects. This role involves overseeing all phases of dredging operations, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage dredging and marine construction activities.
• Supervise project teams including engineers, surveyors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Review and approve project designs, schedules, and technical reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in dredging or marine works.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale dredging projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of dredging equipment, techniques, and industry standards.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
