What You'll Own

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) across Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality domains
• Lead HSE planning and performance reporting that drives executive decision-making
• Own the HSE budget envelope — OPEX, CAPEX, and revenue-linked initiatives — with commercial rigor
• Bridge Head Office governance with Site operations, ensuring system consistency without bureaucratic drag
• Champion risk-based thinking, incident investigation excellence, and lessons-learned integration
• Coach and audit line ownership of HSE, building capability rather than dependency

What You Bring

• Proven track record designing and sustaining IMS frameworks in complex, multi-site environments
• Deep fluency in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 — and the ability to harmonize them into one living system
• Commercial acumen: you speak the language of budgets, CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs, and value creation
• Credibility with both C-suite leaders and frontline crews — you translate between worlds effortlessly
• Analytical discipline: you turn leading/lagging indicators into actionable intelligence
