Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role, with a focus on partnering with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to align people strategies with commercial priorities and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong advisory and influencing skills, with experience advising C-level executives on complex people matters.
- In-depth knowledge of Kuwait and UAE employment practices, labor laws, and cultural dynamics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of building trusted relationships.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans and initiatives.
