SNA, a subsidiary of Poulina Group Holding, is seeking to strengthen its human capital by recruiting a Responsable stock (Stock Manager) to join its team in Tunis, Tunisia.
Role Overview
The Stock Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all inventory operations, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing losses, and coordinating with procurement and production teams to guarantee smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all warehouse and stock operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures to optimize stock turnover and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to forecast demand and plan replenishment.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and key performance indicators for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and operational standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Qualifications
- Bac +3/5 degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
- Proven professional experience in stock management, inventory control, or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry, particularly within the Poulina Group or similar organizations.
- Familiarity with supply chain management best practices and lean inventory techniques.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
