we are searching for an experienced HR Manager with a background
in the luxury transportation or limousine sector to help support
our team and elevate our workplace culture. Position Overview:The
HR Manager will lead all aspects of human resources, from
recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance
management, with a strategic focus on retaining top talent and
fostering a motivated, engaged workforce. This role is essential
to ensuring our workplace is not only efficient but also an
enjoyable, supportive environment for our team. Key
Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Onboarding:Oversee the
recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and
smooth onboarding of new employees, particularly those familiar
with the luxury service industry. • Employee Relations:Serve as
a point of contact for employee concerns, offering guidance and
support to sustain a positive and collaborative workplace
culture. • Performance Management:Develop and manage
performance appraisal systems, supporting managers and employees
in setting meaningful goals and achieving career growth. •
Training & Development:Identify training needs, particularly for
skills relevant to luxury transportation services, and coordinate
professional development to support team excellence. • Policy
Development:Establish and implement HR policies and procedures
aligned with company objectives and legal requirements, fostering
a compliant and productive environment. • Compliance:Ensure
adherence to UAE labor laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of
HR best practices, especially those relevant to the limousine and
hospitality sectors. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •
3+ years of HR management experience, preferably within Dubai’s
luxury transportation, limousine, or hospitality sectors. •
Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership
abilities. • Proven ability to handle sensitive information
with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality. Why
