and motivated individuals to join our team as Rental سيلز
مبيعات Agents. Duties & Responsibilities: Greet and
assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, always
providing exceptional customer service to build long lasting
relationships and ensure customer loyalty. Assess customer needs
and suggest appropriate rental vehicles and services. Answer
customer inquiries about rental options, rates, vehicle
availability, and rental policies. Process rental reservations,
agreements, and contracts accurately and efficiently. Maintain
and update rental records in the system. Handle cash, credit card
transactions, and reconcile daily transactions. Assist customers
with returns, future reservations, and any requirements or
concerns they may have. Helping customers find the perfect
vehicle for their needs and ensuring a seamless rental
experience. Qualifications: Bahraini Nationality Communication
and customer service skills. Maintains high customer service,
always being positive and outgoing. Team-oriented, flexible, and
willing to learn. Salary will discuss upon interview Please send
