Description:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly
organised Filipino Receptionist to join our Engineering
Consultancy team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate should be
fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and
have a welcoming demeanor to manage front-desk operations
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors,
clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing
accurate information.
- Manage office correspondence, including
إيميلs, letters, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and
maintain meeting room bookings.
- Assist in administrative tasks
such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Coordinate
with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle inquiries
and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:

Filipino nationality (preferred due to language and cultural
fit).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum
1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong
organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance
and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a
plus but not required.
- Experience in an engineering/consultancy
firm is an advantage.
