Job description Real Estate Agent – Commission-Based Role
(Full-Time, On-Site – Dubai) Company: Realty Solutions Real
Estate We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate
Agent to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time,
on-site position based in Dubai and is entirely commission-based.
You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent
both residential and commercial properties. We’re seeking
individuals who are driven, creative, and passionate about real
estate. Key Responsibilities: Drive سيلز مبيعات
Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets, especially in the
secondary market. Client Engagement: Build and maintain
long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Market Insight: Stay updated on current real estate trends,
property values, and legal regulations in Dubai. Mentorship &
Development: Support and guide fellow team members, sharing
knowledge and strategies. Lead Management: Actively generate,
nurture, and convert leads to maximize business growth. Team
Collaboration: Work closely with management, sharing updates on
market trends and performance. Qualifications: Freshers or
minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
(especially in secondary sales) Solid understanding of UAE real
estate laws and market practices Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong
client relationships Proven leadership skills with the ability to
motivate and support a team Valid UAE driving license and own
vehicle Multilingual candidates are highly preferred
