Job Title: Client Experience Executive Location: Muscat,
Oman Job Description: This position combines the elegance of
guest reception with the art of luxury retail. You will be the
first point of contact for our valued clientele and a key
ambassador of our brand. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and
welcome clients with professionalism and warmth. • Manage
appointment bookings, client inquiries, and
walk-ins. • Provide personalized product recommendations from
our premium grooming range. • Maintain product displays and
ensure the retail area is immaculate. • Process sales
transactions accurately using the POS system. • Assist with
client follow-ups and ensure a five-star experience
throughout. • Coordinate with barbers and therapists to
optimize client flow and service. • Monitor inventory and
restock retail items as needed. • Uphold Truefitt & Hill’s
exceptional standards of service, elegance, and discretion.
Skills & Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in
client-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or grooming industry
preferred). • Fluent in English and Arabic – spoken and
written. • Polished appearance and excellent communication
skills. • Passion for luxury grooming, fashion, or personal
care. • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under
pressure. • Knowledge of POS systems and CRM tools is a
