Job Description:
• Coordinate tasks according to
priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor
attendance of crew.
• Allocate general and daily
responsibilities.
• Supervise and train workers and
tradespeople.
• Ensure manpower and resources are
adequate.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality
standards are met.
• Supervise the use of machinery and
equipment.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains
within budget.
• Resolve problems when they
arise.
• Report on progress to managers, engineers,
etc.
Requirements:
• 2 -3 years or above working as
Mechanical Supervisor in pipelines installation (LPG,
firefighting, and general plumbing), vaporizers, gas detectors
installation, and integrate it with control panels and
firefighting systems installation is preferred.
• Have
Transferable iqama.
• Minimum Diploma.
• Ability to
organize a work schedule.
• Ability to solve disputes
between workers.
• Excellent communication skills, with
good English language.
• Ability to negotiate with the
stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the pipelines
installation industry and its processes.
• Ability to read
pipeline drawings.
• Perform quality checks on
construction equipment.
• ability to relocate as
required.
