JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive and welcome all guests to the
outlet
- Allocate tables to walk-in guests, or as per their
advance booking requirements, and escort them to their tables and
ensure that their seating arrangements are satisfactory

Attend to initial guest requirements before handing over to
station Waiter/ Captain
- Answer telephones and handle
inquiries and bookings, giving a prompt and professional
service
- Acquire an in depth knowledge of the Menu and any
special Promotions so as to recommend to the guest appropriately,
so as to maximize sales
- Oversee the activities of the
waiting staff and assist where necessary
- Maintain and
periodically change Menu and Menu Inserts as directed

Communicate any special requirements regarding table bookings to
Outlet Supervisors/Manager
- Be familiar with guests’
names, their preferences concerning food, beverage, service and
tables and tend to the guests accordingly
- Make special
arrangements by referring to Guest History Record
- Attend
to all departing guests ensuring a courteous farewell
Fresh
graduate or experienced
Nationality: Saudi Only
Education:
High school or diploma
Excellent communication skills in
English language
Skilled in customer service
Reliable,
friendly and diplomatic character
