Sales Coordinator وظف دوت كوم

- Handle all orders from local & export customers and
coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure
stocks are available.
- To be responsible for accurate and
timely issue of quotations and Performa invoices to our customers
as required.
- To process inquires by phone, fax,
email.
- To solve problems by liaising with the other staff
and the customers.
- Providing sales and administrative
support involving efficient handling of agreements.

Preparing yearly, monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.

Help in preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and
presentations.
- Updating the status of sales order in the
database or computer.
- Coordinating and responding to all
requests of internal meetings.
- Manage and update the
leads, customer’s data base.
- Reporting to the S&M
Director.
Bachelor Degree Required
