Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and
motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee warehousing operations and
distribution across all products. The ideal candidate will bring
strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach
to ensure warehouse efficiency and productivity

Key
Responsibilities:
• Oversee warehousing operations and
distribution processes for all products
• Manage stock
control and reconcile inventory with data storage
systems
• Develop strategies to enhance workplace
efficiency and meet daily goals
• Plan, coordinate, and
monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
•
Provide mentorship, direction, and training to warehouse
staff
• Maintain accuracy of IT and automated
systems
• Identify system improvements and implement
necessary changes
• Optimize warehouse space layout and
assess future capacity needs
• Create and enforce
warehouse policies and procedures that meet operational
standards
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar
warehouse management role
Proficient in English (spoken and
written)
Strong user of Microsoft Excel
Prior experience
with ERP software (preferred)
Excellent organizational and
teamwork skills
Proven leadership abilities and experience
managing a team
