Responsibilities:
- Implement designed inventory tracking
system.
- Apply designed inventory control
procedures.
- Propose improvement for inventory tracking
system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Examine
the levels of supplies and raw material to determine
shortages.
- Provide with no delay to logistics department
the requests for resupply.
- Document daily deliveries and
shipments to workshop and update inventory.
- Prepare
detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and
adjustments.
- Perform on designed agenda all needed
analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
- Order
new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.

Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective
deals.
- Supervise forklift drivers team. Support workload
when needed to not stop production operations.
- Perform
morning shift security briefing.
- Permanently evaluate and
improve professional skills of his team.
- Make sure that
team members operate according to company procedures and
standards.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar
role. Solid knowledge of data analysis
inventory management
software, and forecasting techniques.
An analytical mind with
strong attention to detail
Outstanding organizational and
problem-solving skills
Security focused mindset
Effective 3
tons forklift driver’s license
Good English knowledge,
Arabic language is a plus
Excellent communication and
leadership abilities
