- Carry out the Quality Audits as per the approved Internal Audit
Plan carried in the regions.
- Update the required
questions list for all existing and new procedures.
- Daily
administration of EQS database.
- Ensure the system complies
with the requirements of ISO9001.
- Handling the Senior
Quality Auditor responsibilities whenever it temporarily
delegated to him.
- Successful maintenance of the EQS
(Electronic Quality Systems) in accordance to the organisation
objectives in terms of On time documentation addressing ,On time
Non Conformists
- Attendance to the calibration database and
ensure all regions comply with required dates of
calibration.
- Update the questions library database with
relevant checklists to enhance the effectiveness of quality
audits.
- Plan and conduct quality audits as approved by the
MR
- Carry out training on the use of the EQS.
- To
facilitate third party audits and /or Quality system assessment
(i.e. done by customers)
minimum 2 years of experience in
Quality Auditing field based on ISO 9001
College or University
degree. Knowledge and understanding of quality concepts in multi
activities organisation is a plus.
