- Leading a team assigned with a responsibility to do necessary
records, follow up and arrangement for the delivery of Purchase
Orders issued to local and overseas suppliers promptly on
time.
- Delegate jobs to the subordinates
- Periodic
review of reports which are the tools developed to monitor the
progress on the expedition targets Support the team to resolve
the credit term and delivery problems with suppliers.

Communication with the suppliers periodically to improve their
performances on quality and prompt delivery.
- Periodic
communication with the end user departments with updating the
status of important and critical POs.
- Periodic review of
vendors performance in terms of prompt delivery, adherence to
committed terms & quality of supplied goods &
services.
- Reporting to Procurement
Superintendent        
Bachelor Of Commerce / Science
(or) Diploma in Engineering
Fluency in Arabic & English –
Vocal & Writing
Min.05 yrs. Experience in Procurement for
Engineering, Industrial , Equipments Maintenance & Service
Sectors
Product and market knowledge, good communication &
persuasive character
