Job Description:

Understanding the Client’s needs, developing designs in
consultation with the client and to be familiar with
fabric/furniture selections and creating combinations.

Know our product and cost very well and to be able to preset it
and sell to the client.
- Preparing detailed working
drawing, designs, plans (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit).
-
Supervising work at the design stage and
on-site.

Skills:

- Working knowledge
of AutoCA/ 3d Max or Revit.
- Highly creative and comes up
with unexpected and different solutions.
- Coordination and
management of multiple projects in various phases.
- Input
of furniture layouts and space plans into AutoCAD/ 3d Max or
Revit.
- Creating installation drawings.
- Participate
in client meetings and presentations.
- Self starter who is
highly motivated, flexible and able to multitask.

Effective time management skills and problem solving
ability.
- follow up on actions taken by the
managers/affiliated companies in the Group on decisions taken by
t
- maintain an effective filing system for safe
confidential storage and prompt retrieval of the
documents.
