• Responsible for inventory daily movement review
•
Responsible for monthly costing processes review and data
accuracy.
• Responsible to ensure the inventory monthly
balance accuracy.
• Monitor receiving of RM / FG from
venders & compare it to actual receiving of WH in terms of
(Quantity, PO, Prices)
• Monitor system update of moving
average of received RM/FG is calculating or is updating
correctly.
• Monitoring the deployment between
factories/DCs is booked/updated correctly through system based on
WH vouchers & monitoring moving average.
• Monitoring
actual representation of GIT account on the balance sheet .

• Monitoring right booking of RM issued to production
based on the latest update of moving average.
• Monitoring
right booking of FGs received from production at standard
costs.
• Conducting a monthly physical count for all stock
items including the RM and FGs .
• Daily/ monthly
reconciliation for quantity booked as COGS vs. Sales in Oracle
and frontline .
• Book all needed adjustment clear
route/staging area sub inventory and to make sure that FGs and
COGS are reported properly .

Strong field accounting
work experience.
Knowledge of ERP solution software preferably
Oracle financials
B. Sc. In accounting
Being a team player,
self-motivated, and have ownership and ability to work under
pressure.
Have a good time management and communication
skills
