Description:

The purpose of the Saudi Graduate
Program is develop Saudi Fresh Graduates in the Audit sector in
one of most professional auditing firm throughout the world by
producing with qualified accountants. This will be achieved
through a challenging and sophisticated (eighteen months)
development program that will enhance graduates skills through
focusing on their:
• Professional capabilities of
accounting (Technical skills)
• Personal abilities
(Interpersonal skills)
• Ability to work in an
environment process (Training on the job)
• SOCPA
Qualifications

Moreover, each participant
will:

• Be assigned a coach/mentor from senior
management within the firm.
• Have a separate performance
manager, who will manage the graduate day to day.
• Be
provided with personal development plan upon commencement of the
program.
• Have medical insurance, a competitive leave
allowance and financial incentives for advancement.
•
After successful completing the program the graduates will be
SOCPA qualified and KPMG accredited.
