Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human
Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce
through effective recruitment, employee relations, and HR
operations management. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end
recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Develop and implement HR
policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives
and local regulations. Administer employee benefits programs and
ensure accurate payroll processing. Facilitate employee
performance reviews and development plans in collaboration with
department heads. Handle employee relations issues with
professionalism and confidentiality. Maintain HR records and
databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal
requirements. Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics for
employees and managers. Stay updated on HR trends and best
practices to enhance organizational
effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources Management, Business Administration, or related
field. Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or similar
role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and
regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information with discretion. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Human
Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience in the
consulting or professional services
