Responsibilities:
• Provides financial information to
management by researching and analyzing accounting data
•
Keep backup copies of financial records
• Entering
accounting data and financial files into computer
systems
• Verifies payment of invoices associated with
accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the
appropriate accounts
• Prepares periodic (monthly) balance
sheets, income statements, and profit and loss
statements
• Assisting management in the decision-making
process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
•
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies
• Performs
other related duties as assigned
Diploma in Accounting or
higher
1 to 3 years experience
Experience in Oracle ERP
System
Must have clear written and verbal communication
skills
Attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Suite or related software
Ability to work under
pressure
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and
financial processes
Strong analytical, communication, and
computer skills
