Supervisorn)nWork location: New Cairo nnJob
description:n1. Fleet Operations:n- Coordinate daily fleet
activities, including scheduling and monitoring vehicle usage. n-
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, optimizing routes for
efficiency. n- Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues
or delays. n n2. Vehicle Maintenance:n- Schedule vehicle
inspections, repairs, and maintenance. n- Ensure vehicles are in
compliance with safety regulations. n- Maintain records of
maintenance activities. n n3. Team Supervision and Development:n-
Lead and supervise a team of fleet technicians and drivers. n-
Provide guidance, training, and feedback to the team. n- Assign
tasks and ensure efficient, safe work. n- Encourage teamwork and
professional growth. n n4. Route Optimization:n- Optimize
delivery routes to improve efficiency. n- Utilize available tools
for route planning. n- Adjust routes based on traffic and
customer needs. n n5. Documentation, Data Analysis and
Reporting:n- Maintain accurate records of fleet-related
information. n- Generate reports on fleet performance and
maintenance activities. n- Analyze fleet data and create reports
on important metrics. n- Make recommendations for optimizing
operations based on data analysis. n n6. Vendor Management:n-
coordinate with external service providers, suppliers, and
vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective fleet maintenance and
repairs. nEvaluate vendor performance and make recommendations
for vendor selection. nnJob requirements:nnØ Previous
experience in fleet management, preferably in a supervisory or
managerial role. nØ Strong organizational and communication
skills. nØ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. nØ
Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance practices, and
compliance regulations. nØ Excellent leadership and team
management skills. nØ Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities. nØ Skilled in effectively sorting and organizing data
using Microsoft Excel for streamlined and efficient data
management. nØ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment and handle multiple priorities. n n nIf you are
