we are looking pastry assistant for our kitchen central must have
a background of no less than two years of experience in sweets
and pastries.preparing meal ingredient for the chef which
includes washing. peeling. cutting. and slicing ingredientWe are
looking to hire a Pastry bakery Chef with Minimum Experience in
Similar Position: 3 Yearssalary range is AED 2 k - 4.5 k
depending on experience.Duties u0026 Responsibilities:⦁ Be in
charge of the culinary departments to ensure operational
efficiency, driving quality standards, whilst ensuring a high
level of staff engagement⦁ Create and develop menus and
recipes.⦁ Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation
standards.⦁ Drive high standards of food preparation in order
to increase profitability of the restaurant.⦁ Enforce the
implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire
restaurant.⦁ Maintain the branding and the quality of every
meal.⦁ Take responsibility for the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry
sections.⦁ Ensure the food quality is always of high
standards.⦁ Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen.our
