Position Overview: SHG is hiring for a marketing coordinator
that’s highly motivated and proactive individual to join our
team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in
supporting our marketing campaigns and strategies, driving brand
awareness, and assisting with various marketing initiatives. Key
Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing marketing
strategies and campaigns to promote company products or
services.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage
content for digital platforms, including websites, social media,
campaigns, blogs, and other relevant marketing channels.Monitor
and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing
insights and recommendations for improvement.Conduct market
research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and
competitor activities to support marketing strategies.Support
event planning and coordination for trade shows, conferences, and
promotional events, including logistics, booth design, and
materials preparation.Create and maintain marketing collaterals
such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials to ensure
consistent branding and messaging.Assist in managing the
company’s social media platforms, overseeing content creation,
scheduling, and community engagement.Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and
creative services, to drive alignment and execute integrated
marketing campaigns.Stay updated with industry trends, best
practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, incorporating
them into marketing strategies and tactics. Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing coordination, preferably in a
similar industry or organization.A strong understanding of
digital marketing practices and tools, including social media,
marketing, content management systems, and SEO.Proficiency in
utilizing marketing software and platforms, such as Google
Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
create engaging content and collaborate effectively with team
members.Creative thinking and analytical skills to develop
effective marketing strategies and initiatives.Strong attention
to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across
different channels and materials.Positive attitude,
self-motivated, and a team player with a willingness to learn and
