We are working to build a strong sales team and seek to hire outdoor competitive Insurance سيلز مبيعات employees to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
The insurance advisor will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customized financial proposals.
Duties:
Making presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Solving client problems.
maintaining client contact data.
Offering after-sales support services.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Skills:
High-qualified team player, bachelor's degree is a must.
Experience +2 years in insurance سيلز مبيعات in UAE market is must
Excellent communication skills: strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work with high pressure and achieve targets.
Highly motivated and Keen to work
