The Role
- Ensuring the on-boarding procedures are properly completed till the new employee is mobilized to the assigned dept..
- Sending welcoming announcements memos, emails to follow up with other functions the assigned tasks.
- Monitoring Saudi Applicant resumes, preparing shortlist for them and creating an accurate tracking system to secure a ready pool of qualified candidates.
- Assist to Conduct interviews for Saudi nationals and running reference checks to identify the best applicants.
- Preparing the monthly probationary evaluation report for the newly hired Saudis.
- Revising contracts, employment approvals and all related paperwork to guarantee the correctness of Saudi recruitment documents.
- Handling all the administrative works related to the R&S Dept.
- Establishing robust relationship with Human Resources Development Fund and support the Recruitment and Saudization Manager to recruit and induct promising Saudis
- Responsible for CMP Saudization Project
- Supervising all HRDF activities including: Hiring, Maintaining Saudis, Regular Money Collection and following up the validity of the signed agreement.
- Conducting exist interviews for Saudis (level 14-)
- Responsible for all Saudis transfers, promotions tracking, preparation and getting the vital approvals.
- Generating Saudization Reports including: Hiring, Termination, Turnover and percentages on a monthly basis.
- Receiving Saudi Trainees, conveying their training programs and resolving their problems/concerns to avoid early turnover.
- Attending governmental events related to Saudization when required.
