Procurement Executive for General Trading company

We are looking for a highly capable Procurement & سيلز مبيعات Executive who can independently manage sourcing and client quotations in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end procurement independently (RFQ supplier sourcing negotiation PO)
* Source and coordinate with suppliers across Oman, UAE, and GCC
* Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements
* Understand technical specifications and match with suitable products
* Follow up with suppliers for pricing, lead time, and documentation
* Manage multiple RFQs and meet tight deadlines
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients

Requirements:

* Minimum 2-3 years experience in procurement/trading (Oman experience mandatory)
* Proven ability to handle procurement and quotation independently
* Strong supplier network in UAE & Oman markets
* Experience in industrial products (valves, cables, MEP, mechanical items preferred)
* Excellent negotiation and commercial understanding
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver fast quotations

Preferred:

* Oman driving license
* Experience in trading companies handling multiple product lines
