The Job purpose:
- you will be responsible for employing qualified persons while maintaining a positive candidate experience by determining the sources, reaching out to possible candidates for the currently open jobs, and coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Preparing recruitment plans and reports quarterly and annually
- Creating and publishing job ads in different gates
- Communicating with potential employees through professional groups on social media and during events
- Cooperating with employment managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Contacting people on the initial stages to create brief lists of qualified candidates
interviewing candidates for a wide range of roles (beginner, large, and executive)
- Tracking employment measures, including employment time, full-time, and employment source
- Designing, distributing, and measuring the results of the candidate experience questionnaires
- Training employees and advising them on interviewing techniques and evaluation methods
- Hosting and participating in work fairs
- Following up with the candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining a database for potential candidates for vacancies in the future
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Leading Field as Experience as a Specialist, Recruiter, or Similar Role
Knowing the resources techniques on social media and specialized professional sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
Experience with applicants tracking systems
Good written and oral communication skills
