Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilities management and be available locally in Qatar. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of performing mechanical fitting tasks efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment according to specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on mechanical machinery.
- Align, fit, and adjust mechanical components such as pumps, motors, conveyors, and piping systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.
- Document maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Facilities Management experience is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are locally available in Qatar.
- Must have a transferable visa and be available on short notice.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
