Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Direct Sales Agent to join our team in Qatar. This role focuses on promoting and selling telecom products and services through face-to-face customer interactions in designated outdoor areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers in assigned outdoor territories
• Present and explain telecom products, packages, and services to potential clients
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in telecom or related industries
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Resilience and persistence in handling rejection
• Basic knowledge of telecom products and services
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and mobile applications for reporting
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
