Role Summary
As a Beauty Advisor at Watsons Qatar, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. This role is ideal for a passionate retail professional with a deep understanding of beauty and cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, understanding their beauty needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product usage and provide professional skincare and makeup advice.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring product displays are clean and organized.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle customer inquiries and returns professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail beauty sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Valid Qatar residency and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances, and haircare products.
