About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technicien Process (H/F) to join our client's team in Morocco. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing industrial processes to ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production process parameters to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and document process adjustments to reduce waste and increase yield.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, process sheets, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a process technician role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using process monitoring tools and software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in French (reading, writing, and speaking). English is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Familiarity with industrial automation and PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
