Lead academic excellence across core disciplines in a premier educational institution. We seek a seasoned academic leader to drive curriculum quality, faculty development, and student achievement in English, Maths, Science, and ICT, while also serving as Principal to oversee school-wide operations and performance.

• Direct and supervise departmental strategies for curriculum design, assessment, and instructional improvement
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high standards of pedagogy and student outcomes
• Develop and implement school-wide academic policies, timetables, and resource allocation
• Monitor student progress, analyze performance data, and drive targeted interventions
• Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture among faculty, students, and parents

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts, Sciences, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred
• Valid State Licensure Exam for Teachers
• IELTS 6.0+ band or equivalent (TOEFL/CELTA)
• Minimum 6 years of progressive leadership experience in an academic setting
