Role Purpose

As a Collective Catering Supervisor, you will oversee daily food service operations for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, menu quality, and client satisfaction. This role bridges operational management and client relations within a dynamic facilities management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate collective catering operations for multiple client sites.


• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (HACCP) and quality standards.


• Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.


• Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize procurement processes.


• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and resolve service issues promptly.


• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery and operational efficiency.


• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation for audits.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in collective catering, hotel restaurant management, or institutional food services.


• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) and Moroccan labor regulations.


• Leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams in high-volume environments.


• Proficiency in inventory management systems and cost control methodologies.


• Excellent communication skills in French and Arabic; English is a plus.


• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
