About the Role

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is critical for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development and be ready to join within 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced mobile applications for the Flutter platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Flutter development
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to join within 2 weeks

Preferred Skills

• Experience with native Android/iOS development
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud services
• Knowledge of state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
