Role Overview
Carlson Recruiters is partnering with a prestigious multidisciplinary clinic in Qatar to recruit an experienced Endodontist to join its internationally trained team of healthcare professionals. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled endodontic specialist to practice in a state-of-the-art clinical environment alongside a collaborative team of dental and medical experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic microsurgery with precision and clinical excellence
- Diagnose and manage dental pain, traumatic dental injuries, and complex endodontic cases using advanced imaging technology
- Utilize dental operating microscopes, CBCT imaging, rotary instrumentation, and modern obturation systems
- Collaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, and oral surgeons for comprehensive treatment planning
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to international infection control standards
- Participate in case conferences, peer reviews, and continuous professional development activities
- Mentor and guide junior dental staff on endodontic procedures and best practices
- Ensure patient comfort and communication throughout all phases of endodontic care
Required Qualifications
- Dental degree (DDS/DMD or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Specialty certification in Endodontics (minimum 2-3 year accredited residency program)
- Valid license to practice dentistry in Qatar or eligibility for QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) registration
- Minimum 3 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in endodontics
- Proficiency in microscope-enhanced endodontics and CBCT interpretation
- Strong command of English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Endodontics (American Board of Endodontics or equivalent)
- Experience with regenerative endodontics and vital pulp therapy procedures
- Published research or active participation in endodontic societies
- Teaching or academic appointment experience
- Familiarity with digital dentistry workflows and CAD/CAM integration
