About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst CRMA to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. This role supports the IT Product Manager for FO reporting in delivering the product backlog for GDD, Agentic, Gen AI, and Tech enablers adoption reporting. As a CRMA Analyst, you will drive data-driven insights and streamline reporting processes within a dynamic IT environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping the reporting landscape for GDD and Agentic initiatives, ensuring that stakeholders have access to accurate and timely insights. Your work will directly contribute to the successful adoption of Gen AI and Tech enablers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the IT Product Manager in managing and prioritizing the product backlog for FO reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements for GDD, Agentic, and Gen AI initiatives.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for reporting automation and improvement.
- Assist in the adoption of Tech enablers and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using CRM analytics tools.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy of reporting outputs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to align reporting deliverables with business priorities.
- Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.
- Train end-users on new reporting tools and dashboards to promote self-service analytics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or IT Product Analyst, preferably in CRM analytics.
- Strong understanding of product backlog management and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Gen AI concepts and Tech enablers adoption.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work in Casablanca, Morocco.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL and data modeling is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
