About the Role

As a Contrôleur de gestion, you will be responsible for driving the financial and operational performance of our establishments. Reporting to the Head of Management Control, you will implement the tools and analyses necessary to optimize results and support strategic decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for multiple sites.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for management.
• Implement and maintain management control tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with operational teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct cost analysis and recommend actions to enhance profitability.
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar management control or financial analysis role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations sector.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
