About the Job

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee comprehensive treasury management, tax compliance, financial governance, and regulatory reporting in Morocco. This role acts as a key financial strategist, managing banking relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure robust financial operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning financial frameworks with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and payment processing.
• Ensure full tax compliance by preparing and filing corporate tax returns, VAT, and other statutory obligations.
• Develop and enforce financial governance policies to maintain internal controls and regulatory adherence.
• Manage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and optimize account structures.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to local authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate across departments (finance, procurement, operations) to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in treasury management, tax compliance, and financial governance.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan banking regulations and reporting standards.
