Pool Service Attendant | Hilton Salwa

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with poolside needs, including towel service, lounge chair setup, and drink orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, ensuring all facilities are spotless and well-stocked.
• Monitor pool safety and enforce hotel policies to ensure guest wellbeing.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Coordinate with the Health Club and Recreation team to maintain equipment and supplies.
• Promote and upsell poolside amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of pool safety and hygiene standards.
• Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Lifeguard certification or first aid training.
• Familiarity with upscale hotel or resort operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
