Job Summary

Provides nursing care in an effective and safe manner to a select group of patients and families, carries out established nursing regimes, and plans of nursing care under the guidance of senior clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and reporting any changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with standards.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe clinical environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license/registration in Qatar (QCHP) or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred; additional specialty certifications are a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with attention to detail.
