We are seeking a dedicated Demi Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Qatar, a key position within a hotel that is part of the prestigious Accor network. As a Demi Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily running of a specific kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef De Partie in the preparation and cooking of menu items for the designated kitchen section.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train commis chefs and kitchen assistants as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to minimize waste.
• Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold the brand standards of Accor and the hotel at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume hotel or restaurant.
• Relevant culinary qualification or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior experience within a hotel brand or Accor property is a plus.
