What You'll Own

• End-to-end design, development, and deployment of Informatica IDMC solutions that meet high performance and reliability standards.
• Architecting data integration workflows that handle scale, security, and real-time demands.
• Leading technical discovery and mapping client requirements into robust, maintainable data pipelines.
• Optimizing existing IDMC implementations to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce operational overhead.
• Mentoring junior team members and setting the technical bar for delivery excellence.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) — you know data integration, data quality, and data governance inside and out.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data integration and ETL, with at least 2 years focused on IDMC.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures.
• Fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid data environments.
• A problem-solver's mindset — you don't stop at 'it works,' you push until it works efficiently.
