Role Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Operations Engineer to join our team in Morocco. In this role, you will manage the full commercial lifecycle — from proposal and bid preparation through contract negotiation, compliance, and commercial risk assessment. You will operate with a degree of autonomy while contributing to the strategic commercial objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop proposals and bids in alignment with client requirements and company standards
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with contract commitments across all project phases
- Conduct thorough commercial risk assessments to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal departments
- Monitor and report on commercial performance metrics
- Support the development of commercial strategies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial operations, bid management, or contract administration
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial compliance frameworks
- Experience working in or with the Moroccan market is an advantage
- Ability to work with autonomy while adhering to organizational guidelines and objectives
