About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KG Teacher to join a reputable educational institution in Muscat, Oman. Core Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the kindergarten curriculum


• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children


• Monitor and assess student progress through observations, activities, and developmental milestones


• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities


• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the overall educational experience


• Organize creative and interactive classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth


• Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate strategies


• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field


• 1–2 years of teaching experience at the kindergarten or early-years level


• Strong classroom management skills and a genuine passion for working with young children


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international curricula (IB, British, or American) is a strong advantage


• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools


• Creative approach to lesson planning and activity design


• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus


• CPR or First Aid certification is an added benefit
