Who We're Looking For

You are the kind of QC Engineer who doesn't just check boxes — you build the standard. On a major EPC project in Oman, we need someone who sees quality not as a phase but as a mindset. What You'll Own

• Develop, implement, and enforce the project Quality Control Plan in line with EPC standards and client specifications
• Conduct inspections and witness tests across all construction and commissioning phases
• Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) from identification through root cause analysis and closure
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and ensure all ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) are followed rigorously
• Maintain complete QA/QC documentation, as-built records, and handover dossiers
• Lead quality audits and drive continuous improvement across subcontractors and site teams
• Interface with the client's quality representative and ensure full compliance with project quality requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline)
• Proven experience in QC/QA roles on large-scale EPC or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, ASME, ASTM, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with ITPs, method statements, and material approval processes
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams on site
