What You'll Own

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules from inception through completion
• Establish baseline timelines and track progress against milestones with rigorous accuracy
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to align scheduling with real-world execution
• Identify critical path risks early and propose actionable mitigation strategies
• Prepare progress reports, delay analyses, and recovery plans for senior leadership
• Ensure all planning deliverables meet contractual requirements and industry standards
• Manage scheduling software outputs and maintain data integrity across project documentation

What You Bring

• B.Sc. in Engineering — Civil or Construction Planning preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience for expat candidates in construction planning and scheduling
• Minimum 6 years of experience for Omani nationals in a planning engineering capacity
• Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling tools
• Deep understanding of construction sequences, contract clauses related to time, and delay analysis methodologies
• Proven ability to manage schedules across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Analytical mindset with the communication skills to translate complex timelines into clear, actionable insights
