Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures on construction sites in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment before use to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine scaffolding requirements
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other construction personnel to plan and execute scaffolding installations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on scaffolding components as needed
- Ensure all scaffolding work adheres to local and international safety codes and best practices
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following site housekeeping protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Scaffolder in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and erection techniques
- Ability to work at heights safely and confidently
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Valid scaffolding certification or equivalent qualification is preferred
